About Veritas Ventures

We invest in real estate that creates
lasting value for communities
and capital partners.

Veritas Ventures is a multifamily real estate investment firm focused exclusively on acquiring and repositioning underperforming assets in the nation's most dynamic sunbelt markets. We are a subsidiary of Citadel Group, a diversified real estate holding company with a track record spanning more than $10 billion in combined real estate assets.

Our thesis is straightforward: identify properties where operational inefficiency, deferred capital, or mismanagement has suppressed value — then apply institutional discipline to unlock it. We don't chase stabilized assets. We find opportunity where others see complexity.

What We Do

We invest in real estate that creates lasting value for communities and capital partners.

01

Acquisition

We target multifamily assets trading at a discount to replacement cost due to operational underperformance, deferred maintenance, or ownership transition. Our proprietary deal sourcing network spans brokers, lenders, and institutional sellers across all five target markets.

02

Repositioning

Through targeted capital improvements, professional management upgrades, and strategic lease-up programs, we systematically close the gap between current performance and market potential — driving NOI growth and asset appreciation.

03

Value Creation

Our exit strategy is disciplined: we hold assets through the full value-add cycle, then recapitalize or sell at institutional quality. Investors participate in both the income stream during the hold period and the appreciation at disposition.
